As a Commercial Vehicle Account Manager, you will engage in B2B activities like cold calling and trade shows while maintaining relationships with current clients and developing new ones. Key Responsibilities:
-
Represent the Bill Dodge Auto Group Brand in all B2B activities, including cold calling, trade shows, and Chamber of Commerce events.

Generate minimum levels of sales and service revenue as outlined by benchmarks.

Serve as the first responder to incoming Commercial Leads.

Build lasting relationships and create lifelong customers by asking questions and actively listening to their needs.

Maintain positive relationships with current clients while exploring additional offerings and developing new client relationships.

Be knowledgeable about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.

Stay informed about new and used vehicle inventory, including their locations and conditions.

Learn to effectively overcome objections and excel in sales situations.

Understand and embody the company’s mission statement and core values in every interaction.

Treat all customers with respect to ensure a highly satisfactory purchasing experience.

Value the customer experience and possess the ability to discuss terms with clients in a friendly, professional manner, while maintaining profit levels in line with company standards.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Successful completion of a background check.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Be a dedicated, energetic team player eager to join our expanding network of dealerships.

Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Demonstrate a consistent ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
