Qualifications:
- Satisfactory Background Check
- Have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Service Technician Experience is strongly preferred
- Organization and time management skills
- Previous professional development courses or certificates is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, revenue and goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- A positive, willingness to help attitude is required
- Attention to Detail
- Commitment to leadership excellence and professional development
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Car Washers, monitoring productivity, coaching, and training as appropriate.
- Ensure communication between technicians and writers keep up to date on the status of all vehicles in the shop.
- Comply with all appropriate company policies, OSHA regulations, and Hazmat requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment, reporting any safety concerns as appropriate.
- Follow company and department processes with proper documentation.
- Set proper expectations of time required for services and repairs for technicians and car washers.
- Train employees to promote the sale of labor, parts and accessories in a consultative manner during initial drop off and over the phone after vehicle inspections.
